Refund and Cancellation Policy for Consultation payments

This policy is approved by the management of HK Hospitals and is applicable to all units of HK Hospitals. This policy is subject to revision based on the decisions of the management.
Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded.
Refunds are not applicable once a session has started or after it has ended. No refund requests will be accepted during or after the session.
